Good morning Andrew. NEWZ has a number of different products to choose from in their line, I hope you don't mind my inquiring which NewsEdge product your organization is using. About Knight Ridder, your comment re name association is interesting, as this is on the line of my comments to Reg. Perception is everything on Wall Street and because what is written in print about NewsEdge from various past old press releases there seems to be that lingering opinion about having to be associated with a name. Well, if you've been following this thread ... take your pick. Being a customer of NEWZ, I would assume that you are aware of their customer service department and of course, their website that directs it's customers to the proper department to answer your questions.
