Big Valley completes deposit for QR gold mine Big Valley Resources Inc BV Shares issued 20,234,310 Jul 8 close $0.29 Fri 9 Jul 99 News Release Mr. Lloyd Tattersall reports Big Valley Resources Inc. has paid Kinross Gold Corp. $300,000 (Canadian) pursuant to the terms of a June 28, 1999, agreement (as previously announced). The June 28 agreement remains subject to Alberta Stock Exchange approval. Big Valley also announces that it has completed an arm's length sale of all of its interests in 21 placer claims, five placer leases and various pieces of placer mining equipment. The claims and leases are all in the Cariboo Mining Division of British Columbia. The purchase price of $200,000 has been received by Big Valley.
