Paunch, it is like with a patent, this custom milling on individual dirt structures, ash structures, interferring element and hardness interruption structures all combined with a froat created by the salts in the hot process of fire testings and even with our cool closed loop continuious batch productions developed by Maxam with Max Cooley and more so with Dr Hewlett to make a procedureal manual for CUSTOM MASS PRODUCTION. This is the secret book that Maxam has and has not released to us shareholders and even the staker groups with the Business Plan. This is the augmentation of the Technical Manual that the Banker types don't see untill there agree to go to the next level. I asked him over the months if he keeps the chemicals secrete, he does.
The Banker Type just might realize that this is a mix that is UNIQUE to MAXAM and their dirt at Gila Bend to Gila Bend Mountains, all custom like a Patent was made. Yet, there is no patent. That would allow cross referance and allow study of what needed to be tweeked to use og some one elses other similar but differant dirt.

Something soon just may come. I talked to Dale yesterday, lots of stuff going on with changes and things happenning thru Al Hubbard. I credited Al's Business sense yesterday and my call to try to talk to him a few days ago, unsucessfully, I think he is a mover in all this! Dale seemed real please with what might happen due to the plans. What does that mean, better load up on any dips, is my fair advice. The IF ANY BASIS sellers will get a shoke shortly ( I hate that word).
