I guess you DO know more than I - the attorneys are watching me and now Mike Langdon - now

And Jonathan Capper, be aware also that the attorneys ARE watching the board and have access
to ALL the posts and the posters identity along with all the Private Message posts. The attorneys
are UP TO DATE on the latest posts, that is WHY I posted EVERYTHING as evidence of my
attempts to get validation and to get clarification, a nice little trail that I have nothing to hide, I have
done nothing wrong; when you get the type of responses I have, discretion is exactly what I have
engaged in for the protection of my interests and those of other investors who are holding all their
original investment.
Seems that some were concerned that I only have 10 shares of stock and that I have an agenda;
well, I informed others that my original investment in 4500 shares was reduced after the Lehmans
UK phone call with Andy Laslow and no answers from the company. All I did was try to find out
why the stories don't jive. Hopefully for all the stockholders that bought their XSNI shares with
US and Canadian CASH not formerly worthless megacom/firecrest paper, will experience that
HUGE success Mike Langdon professed so enthusiastically by getting information from
someone(s) in the company and at Lehmans.
If you have anything else to say about my abilities or my mental condition or my behavior, I
suggest you consult with the person who has been providing you with information prior to public
release, ie: attorney on both sides of the atlantic looking at my comments about Lucent/xstream 2
days prior to the attorney from NYC calling me. By the way, my comments were "Is the contract consumated" ie - have any parts been delivered. Some dangerous comment, huh?
