David, do not worry about GEMJ, they take their money off the table (probably did before they delivered the cash to CLVE, and guess what, from shorting the stock well above here while they were in the process of signing the papers, they probably had two weeks or more from signing until they deliver the cash, and the cash came from all those that bought from GEM those shorted shares). They may never convert, they do not have to. Do yourself a favor and learn something about floorless bandits mode of operation. I mentioned the post by Timelord, see my own post #3 on the floorless thread, that might explain what is going to happen. I am not interested in a pissing match with you on CLVE, for your own benefit read these, these floorless are a new and extremely smart way to fleece investors, try and save your capital while you can and before it is too late and you tell yourself and your followers, well, at $.04 it is too low anyhow to sell.
In few months, you will probably blame me for the decline of the stock and spread words that I have shorted the stock, that is the normal modus operandi for bulls trying to find a scapegoat in these cases. Thus, I am telling you right now, get out while the getting is possible.
