Slow down sparky. You don't know what the terms of the deal was. Its quite possible that there is a time restriction on when GEM can start to convert. I have seen some other deals that they have done and this has been used. Also CLVE's CEO is a securities lawyer so I would dare say that he is much more aware of what's going on then you.
