Hazeltine on CNBC, saying some wild stuff about HGSI. It sounds like he's saying they have rights to more potential than all others [governmental, private, everyone] combined. Next up a biotech fund manager. What a bone-head he is.... he buys the biggest cap names, he has a "market cap" approach, start with the biggest and buys because they are liquid.
