Why RATL Plunged in '97 Hi Will and thread, I am prompted to write by the previous post. I think it a darned fine idea to dredge up the history of RATL and learn from it, and I commend you for your intentions. Lots to be learned by examining the past. There are various ways to access old news items regarding particular stocks. I'm sure you can find them if you look. Also, This board was extant back then, and some ideas about what was going on can be gleaned by digging back thru posts of that time. (Also a bit of humor now and then--- I seem to remember someone or other shorting at ~$9.) regards, and 'Hi!' to old acquaintances! diana
