Adsmart Appoints Barbara Kaczynski Chief Operating Officer

ANDOVER, Mass., Jul 9, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- Adsmart(http://www.adsmart.net), a majority-owned subsidiary of CMGI Inc., announced today a change to its executive team. Effective immediately, Barbara Kaczynski, Chief Financial Officer of Adsmart, will also be the Chief Operating Officer. Ryan Steelberg has resigned as President and John Federman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Kaczysnki will assume Mr. Steelberg's responsibilities.

Barbara Kaczynski joined Adsmart in May as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Kaczynski will continue her role as CFO while also assuming responsibilities to oversee all operations at Adsmart. |
