In the meantime, if you decide to trade MESG don't let it go underwater. If you are down at the end of the day, take your loss and count your money.

"During summer's doggiest days, books make the rounds. Lots of them. Right now, a ton of tomes about day-trading are making the rounds. And one very good one by Steve Harmon -- about the workings of venture capital. See the column. For more on Internet analyst Harmon and his stock ideas, which include musings on AskJeeves (ASKJ: news, msgs), Go2Net (GNET: news, msgs) and MessageMedia (MESG: news, msgs), go to www.vcall.com for a 1 p.m. ET Web call Friday. Harmon also will discuss the decline of click-through rates on banner ads and how that trend might influence companies such as DoubleClick (DCLK: news, msgs)."
