David, simple statistics, 19 out of twenty of these deals end up with disasters. I urge people owning this stock to go the the "floorless" thread and review Timelord's recent list of such disasters as well as my own initial post on that thread (#3, I believe), it explains quite clearly how floorless bandits use these instruments to fleece unsuspecting investors. A floorless should always be responded with abandon ship.

And as expected she is sinking like the Titanic.
