Cobe, I definitely noticed memory problems at the height of the hot flashes, etc(about two years ago) and they improved with the premarin. I'm noticing they're back after a month off the prem. Not bad- sort of a vagueness. WHere was I going? WHy am I in this room? Weird word associations- so I say funny things. The boys like it. Seems to be a toss-up. Feel lousy but sharper on the hormones. I'm due for a check-up....but don't want to go in until I give the natural remedies a shot. Female stuff sucks. Will buy tofu today. Oh- made a great recipe last night- with portobellos. Sprinkled them with olive oil and a little lemon juice, and baked them with a fat slice of mozzarella on them. Broiled some Roma tomato halves (brushed with oil and salt)and chopped them. Made rice and added a little butter and cream and lots of Parmesan and the tomatoes . Served the rice with the mushrooms on top. It was great.
