Today is a day for thanks, Diana. Count your lucky stars. We are unbelievably lucky.

Just imagine if that rainstorm that flooded Las Vegas had been in "New" country (New York or New Jersey). We would be treated to hundreds of interviews with people who actually got wet or had to sweep water out the front door. And, I don't doubt, Ms Cho would lead every newscast for a week with "it isn't raining right now..."

I also feel lucky that Her Herness didn't sneeze today. Imagine the furor that would cause with our intrepid Ms Cho.
