Well, it looks like they tipped off at least one analyst, because on
June 14th that analyst was quoted widely as saying "sales are going to
be back-ended this quarter". That was 2 weeks before end of quarter,
and that left 2 weeks for expectations to be met.

As I said before, holders on the stock should have been more careful
to the risk outlined in that statement. Otherwise, the company
announced almost immediately following end of quarter, that sales would disappoint due to deals not being closed by end of quarter. I'd
say this is about as much as you can expect from a company. Should
they have pre-announced with 1 month left in the quarter?
