the resignation of two key scientists over the past few months at Merck & Co. the no 1 U.S. drugmaker, may have started a so called brain-drain where the top employees leave, stifling creativity, the Star Ledger of Newark, N.J., reported. The first to leave was cancer researcher Dr. Allen Oliff, for DuPont Pharma. Dr C.
