Don't you think it would be prudent on your part to reserve comment until you know more about the particulars of this deal. You know and I know that there are ways of writing up these CD's that protect against shorting. I think its safe to say that a MAN who is a LAWYER in this field for 25 years might have a clue on how to do a deal like this with out getting screwed! Why are you not giving in to that point?
