One other possible cause for weakness ... and I speak from experience ... the quiet period ending may actually be a problem rather than a benefit to the stock due to valuation. I am in MRBA which ran up prior to the quiet period ... and then Morgan Stanley started coverage with a 'neutral'. The stock tanked ... from 60 to 30 (though the market was weak) ... and still hasn't recovered its former shine. Its still 15 points below the 60 mark after peaking around 73. I'm not saying this will happen to GOTO ... but its possible. The other underwriters started with a 'buy' ... but it didn't help ..... Just a word of caution ... Stephen
