David - There are no assumptions here. If you want to take the time to research, these are all floorless situations: 206.253.217.14 In every case, there are numerous posters who say it can't be done. Yet it can, and so far it is legal. I'm sure all of these firms had good securities lawyers review their agreements also, and yet it didn't do them any good in the end. As someone mentioned, we've been watching these nefarious financing instruments for two years, so we're not assuming anything. Alex
