Status as of 7/9/1999:

Since my last status report, we made two announcements: an alliance with ConSyGen (OTC BB: CSGI) for platform conversion and mainframe Y2K factory remediation services; and we announced the opening of the Planet City Casino. If you haven't tried out the casino yet during its Beta test period, please do so. You can play Las Vegas style casino games for free at planetcitycasino.com.

Recent Press Releases related to the above mentioned activities and other Public Relations work continue to get Planet City's name in front of the investing public. In the last couple of weeks, I did two live radio interviews (Los Angeles and Montreal), and have more scheduled (Florida, Chicago). A local investor called me to report he heard PINC mentioned several times on Phoenix area radio station KFNN (Financial News Network). We were also mentioned in the weekly Arizona Business Journal. So, here in our home state of Arizona, people are beginning to notice us. It's just a matter of time before the news spreads to the rest of the Southwest, then the Midwest, then the Northeast, then ...

Progress is good on alliance agreements with a couple of well known software vendors. I expect to announce the alliances sometime during the summer months.

All the major pieces of the puzzle are falling into place to prepare Planet City for business in the post-Y2K era. Preliminary planning for another piece of the puzzle is underway. This will be another new division of the company, and should be ready to be announced in the fall of this year.

The newest version of our PC Y2K product, the Millennium Bug Compliance Kit, has been tested internally at our Sedona Development Center. We are now ready to accept a limited number of Beta test participants. If you would like to receive a free Beta version of the product to test for us, please send an email to support@planetcity.com . We will send you an Internet URL and access code for you to download our product. All we ask is that you promptly test the product's functions and give us your feedback.

A "Safe Harbor" statement follows my signoff.

Regards,

TED
