Here are a few of my favorite things.

Statement of Privacy

It is the policy of Digital Gas and Kommerce Systems (the "Companies") to treat information that is provided by any visitor to any site operated by the Companies as if it were completely confidential information.

The Companies will not divulge to any third party, not involved in any specific transaction, any information provided by the visitor in the course of the transaction, without the express written or electronic permission of the visitor.

Further, the Companies will do all that is within their power to instill the same policy in any affiliate, licensee or corporate associate of the site. In addition, it is expressly against Company policy, even when the information is freely provided, to use any information for the purposes of generating, promulgating, or transmitting any unsolicited e-mail or other Internet communications or generating or promulgating any unsolicited telephone communications with the visitor.

In all cases the Companies will provide notification as to the purpose and intent of any data collected from the visitors to the site.
