Dear Joel: We made excellent progress this quarter; however, our
transition to a more strategic, solutions-oriented selling approach
has taken longer than expected to reach full productivity. The sales
process with larger accounts is more time-consuming and often less
predictable, and some of the major deals we were working on did not
close in Q3. However, these deals, which represent more than $100

Sounds logical to me, I just hope that they are not bullshitting about the deals in process and that in fact they do eventually close. JDN
