There should have been an 8th element. Does the management team have the experience, focus, and proven track record to bring their company to a profitable position? In the end this will be the key determinant of value. One of their "picks" as a company that could change direction quickly, EGGS, would have been a better example of a management team that had failed at everything they had previously tried to do, and which had turned to the net as yet another chance to save themselves, and who most likely will fail there, too.
