jerry, the biggest negative to the rate height will be it will strengthen $ more which will hurt US compnaies that do a lot of sales and mfg'ing in countries that the $ strengthens in. France , Japan, Germany. I posted my exact probabilites. The safest is to just wait. Even if it means you miss it. So, I'm agreeing to wait is safest. AMD has big announcement on April 2th.
