Maybe I'm on a Holy War, but I have never been able to get from Sherman any kind of "network infrastructure" details that could justify his "one-hop, 5% or less packet loss" comments. The guy was just invisible, and that wasn't from lack of trying (his face did avert numerous times, if that means anything). If I'm mistaken, please let me know. But for the time being, I will still stick with the business-focused ASPs-to-be. Much better margins, business propositions, etc.
