Hi Ellen, my "understanding" is that exchange makes a release indicating that the company will trade and the exchange symbol. Sometime after that the company makes a release to "introduce itself". Following the second release trading begins.

Hopefully MXR (and NPEC) are mentioned in the second release from the company.
