Re "Shread's Thread": LOL. AKA "Party of Two." At least we don't have to worry about beginning posts with an "OT." There's no one to offend.

**OT** By the way, I checked out your profile. Pretty impressive. You should be sitting on a beach instead of lurking around SI. But what the heck do I know? ;-)

One substantive comment: if you're going to follow TA, shouldn't you follow it all the way and ignore outside interference like the Fed? After all, the whole point is to take the emotion out of investing. That said, the W-pattern on the MUT is probably recognizable only in hindsight, which I had the benefit of. At the time, it just as easily could have been seen as a continuation of a pattern of lower lows and lower highs, had it broken support.
