Thanks for suggestion about QCOM thread. I am particularly interested in the potential for these wireless systems to carry higher speed data (say 56k and above for general web access, not just e-mail). Will MCI-Metricom have the fast wireless data market to itself until the LEOs come on strong in a few years or will GSM, TDMA, CDMA be able to carry data at speeds > 19kbps in not-too-distant future?
