I just happened on this thread. I got Mr. Guarino's newsletter a few months ago. I figured for $100 for a years subscription, it might provide some amusing reading. I especially liked his claim that, if you followed his recommendations in the news letter, you would make 1 million or your money back. Interestingly, the first news letter went on and on about how bad things will get and gave a few feeble recommendations. Then, towards the end of the letter, this bozo has the nerve to say how he can't possibly keep his readers informed on day to day trading decisions through a monthly news letter (that just happens to arrive every TWO months) but for a mere $5,000 for access to his web site he definitely will GUARRENTEE (this time for sure) that if you follow his advice, you will make 1 million dollars or your money back. I'm not going to worry about my $100 because I knew this was a con. I paid for the subscription just to see how bad it really was. I also did a search on net for "Nick Guarino" and found him mentioned on a thread entitled Law Dogz. It's a site were people can post about scams that have ripped them off. One gullable person wrote on how he fell for the WSU pitch and paid the $5,000. Unfortunately (or should I say, not surprisingly), the poor sap did not make 1 million dollars and is now trying to get his $5,000 back. I have a feeling he'll be waiting a very long time before he sees any of that money, if ever.
