eddy: I read the whole report, and realize that the $23 million is based on cash flow from the 701 and 702 properties only. My point is; if China's largest producing diamond mine (701 property) PLUS the 702 property are worth $23 million, then the unexplored, undrilled, potential of the 703 property would have to be worth $577 million to get to the $600 million that Buddy was so adamant about a month ago.

Let's see, an undeveloped, totally speculative property is worth 25 times the value of China's largest producing diamond mine plus another property with proven reserves. Makes sense to me.
