Mr Goodson:

Your message to Cindy Powell mentioned:

"1. The properties were NOT bought with NVID shares if you're implying that."

As a stockholder, I am relieved - but still a bit skeptical.

I am still concerned how these guys, all during the same period in time bought homes for cash that may have exceeded in value, the gross sales figures for 1996 for ABT/NVID.

Maybe they didn't buy their homes with shares of NVID stock but with revenue collected from the sale of stock. Is that a possibility?

By your own admission, Sarasota is an expensive place to live. Does that mean that not only have they paid a lot of cash for homes but they will now be faced with a higher cost of day to day living as well? Why would someone like Klenovic and Arata pay cash rather than finance a residence? If you were a businessman would you cash out on a house or finance the house and look for an investment instead.

How many shares of stock have Bunte, Klenovic, and Arata actually purchased with their own money?

Do you know if Klenovic had property before the $600K cash purchase of his house or did he previously rent? I guess the party for 60 to 80 close friends cost a bundle, Chateau Briand and Caviar.

What would you make of it if you were looking at this from the outside?
