Mama, no, HAYZ's people were like most young fast growing companies, sure that the stock never goes down, only up. They were the most surprised of the results, and went down with the ship into CH 11. It is my understanding that the bandits are now badgering management of a lot of small companies that are public (it does not work of course with non traded companies, due to the lack of public "suckers" to buy the shorted stock) with offer of "free money" as much as they need, and of course they get together, management and bandits both "agree" how the company is going to grow, so that little feature of conversion at market price is actually irrelevant since the price is going to the moon, Alice.
