I checked into WHT somewhat, but not in detail because this is a little too small and risky for my needs/tastes at the moment. Seems they merged or acquired Bowmar Industries. Either through that transaction or some kind of reverse split, the stock price reflects the decrease from 18+ to 1-2 over the past several months. They appear to have had some success in improving their financial health the 1st qtr., but I guess time will tell. The dividend yield does tend to beg a few questions. Like you said................probably the definition of "speculation," but the div. is compelling.

I think I will pass, but good luck. It is probably more of a gamble than CPQ was, at say, mid & upper 30s, but who knows??
