The rest of us have whined and cried, you've heard it all before
But Pete has been your tranquil fan, a true blue troubadour
Alas no more, will intoned calm, plead patience case to us
No reasoned suit, no tranquil words to cool the grump-n-fuss
Sprung from its cage the cats afoot, Pandora's box ajar
The flask be drained, now Jeckle's lost, step Hyde up to the bar
Too long ignored, his stride be set upon a different path
No Management, nor Board elect, be safe now from his wrath
Let loose the hounds, sink deep the drills, get out the news today
Or for management's very souls I fear few shareholders will prey
