Before any Major.................................................... Signs a JV with any JR Company they have to check all of the previous prospecting work including water / soil sampling, geophysical work done if any and check out the the "Drill logs" in their entirety, and probably RE-ASSAY the other half of the drill cores that should have been stored in a safe place by the corporate Geologist for verification of previous assays, and perhaps RE-DRILL the hole before signing any JV agreement,after all BRE-X is still in the thoughts of many, and they can't be too careful . Assuming that all goes well to that point then "Title" to the Property must be verified. The Major in question would in all likely hood would require evidence of the "Financial" expenditures on the property by MDHM to date. These procedures all take a considerable period of time, so I'm not looking for the price of the shares to "skyrocket" anytime soon, but I feel there should be an ample buying opportunity presenting itself over the next several weeks or so if anyone is so inclined. "BULLY"!
