[Whats up with MSFT? Only a 3/4 point move today? All the techs are making new highs but this one is just stuck] It's not unusual to stall briefly when it climbs near the all-time high. I believe this is due to the trading patterns of momentum players. Be patient. It's fundamentals will eventually push it over the hump. Then the momentum people jumping back on will push it higher quickly.
