incomep, I got not a clue, I think that there has been a lot of Hype relative to their plug power, and that thing is going to sooner or later cool off, but I have not followed this closely. Right offerings is one of the fairer ways to get more money into the coffers, so maybe there is a relief they did not fall for a floorless? Zeev
