USAB is interesting. I am finding it hard, however, to take them serious after looking at their website. It does not look professional to me. It was my understanding that they were to open by July 15th. The news you reported said "by August 1st." Does that mean the time frame has been pushed back?

I like net banking a lot. If USAB actually comes up with a decent banking site, it could justify the recent rise. Perhaps I will look at its SEC documents to see how the financials are.

If USAB's current site was more presentable, I may have already bought some.
