Lynn, NITE would be a short term swing trade, 8 day hold max if I enter on Monday will sell prior to earnings. I'm not informed on the listing issue but I do know of all the MM's NITE would find a way to keep the pennies, they always show up where the action is... you always know a penny is hot when NITE arrives IMO. Dave
