What a great sentence that was, E., you radio masochist. I'm sure "they" see "us" as the rough beast, though. I said that just so you'd know I've read Yeats and am proud of it. I've also been reading different translations of Ovid this week, and am trying to think of a clever and nonassuming way to work it into X's and nihil's conversation, but I haven't yet. I saw a book in B&N today called Aphrodite- it seems to have been written by a 50 year old woman on things sensual and erotic- saying how sorry she was that she'd ever passed up a delicious dish because of a diet or for vanity, or not indulged in a passion because of morality. I don't know if I'll agree, but I'd like to read it.
