Each company has its own culture. The culture of a traditional bank is often extremely conservative, full of red tape, with a mind-set of "What can fee can we speak in?"

NTBK is cutting edge, very flexible due to its subcontracting, has few employees, and has the mind-set of "How much can we save our customers due to efficiencies?"

Mike, at what price would NTBK be a buy?
