Talked to Gene yesterday. Will be a press release shortly concerning SEC filing.May not see actual numbers until September. E-Commerce started off strong has slacked off a little but are planning more internet stuff with Veritas. He is planning continued growth through acquisitions but would not go into alot of details about anything specific. He is expecting another Carquest order possibly in August. He has some pretty ambitious goals and threw out some numbers which if he can achieve will be quite exciting. He asked me not to post these numbers as speculation tends to become fact and he would much rather have us pleasantly surprised than disappointed. Hardyston continues to do well...he also feels the stock is undervalued but thinks the base we have built is quite positive. He is also pleased with the job Pat Rost has been doing. Having concluded my conversation I felt that the downside is minimal and I will continue to stay invested. regards, David
