LOR,
I think that is a great idea...
It is time for Mr Jacobs to make this commitment to the shareholders that have backed him up for the last few years. We are at a crucial stage in investor confidence. There is absolutely no demand for this stock, period! If someone holding 10,000 (which isn't huge position, for that matter) wanted to get out, the stock would lose 50% of it's value in 10 minutes.
It's time to put up or to let someone else allow this company to flourish. Yes, we know Mr Jacobs that Pyng is your baby... but there comes a time in life where the baby needs to grow up and consequently mature. To me, Pyng seems stuck at a lower than expected maturity level. We were led to believe that Pyng would be married by now, when in fact it hasn't even reached its teen aged years. Maybe an adoptive parent might have a better impact in your child's life. You would be the biggest beneficiary of such action in the end.
My apologies for the analogy, but that is my view of the situation.
Management has been unable to declare anything with certainty. Moreover, I am more than convinced that you have, over the last year, overlooked certain delays brought forward by certain regulatory approvals as well as governmental entities. A part of management's job is to ensure that they have done their DD in this regard in order to inform the general public of the company's position with respect to such developments. A few delays are understandable, but let's not exagerate.
Yes, you issued a PR regarding product finalization. You would expect a flock of buyers to rush in in anticipation of mass production status or even better yet commercial sales. But since investor confidence is so low, we only saw 2 000 shares traded. Doesn't that tell you anything???? It definitely seems clear to me!
I think Ed mentioned something about some great products being held by a few defunct companies a while back... Well, I guess Mr Chaddock knew what he was doing when he decided to pursue his production manager career elsewhere. Who better than an insider to know of the delays involved with bringing the FAST 1 to the market.
Why am I even spending energy writing this message? Management doesn't seem to be listening... Were the idiots here....
Really looking forward to Michael Jacobs' response to your post LOR
PS: LOR you really seem to have a great feel ... Hope to get the chance to meet you in person one of these days. You really are OK!
