I don't think anyone wouldn't want to make the money. The "The keyboard appears to really just be an extention of his body, and he doesn't need to 'think' about what needs to be done to place or cancel many, many orders simultaneously." part makes a big difference. I can not picture any keyboard being an extension of my body. the tasks numbering in the 1000s requiring the hand/eye coordination of an Grand Prix driver eliminates me. Automation may be the key. But I suspect that the ones in power would step in to stop the capability if they lost money or control like casinos ban card counters. He has the talent, it seems. Now what does the rest of us do?
