OT I know there are some true experts on this thread and I am hoping someone could explain to me why Tower Semiconductor is not participating in this rally. Everything I read seems to indicate that capacity at foundries are tightening up and pricing is increasing and yet the stock of TOwer continiues to languish despite a very strong cash position. I am mystified.
