Hi again John, Yes, six months ago RPP shares were $6, but this was in the middle of a longer term slide from the $9+ range. RPP have been on a long term sink as the market realized thier state.

I think things were different 6 months ago in that the outlook for the paper industry was move favorable, as all companies including RPP had been making great profits over the previous year. Now that outlook is less optimistic. Pulp & paper price recovery will not be coming as quickly as expected (and may not until the next business cycle), just as Donohue.

As this has been recognized, investors have developed cold feet. We should hear something in the next week on this deals demise. If the deal dies, you probably won't want to be holding any RPP.
