Kemble Hi!.....Ref: Bonnie and Clyde----->

Nicely put to say the least.

I hope anyone asking questions will concentrate them on the future of
Dell and not the past slide from $55.00 which was not any fault of
anybody in Round Rock.

If anybody was to blame for the downturn of Dell it was the MM's that
finally according to their reasoning, brought the price down because
Dell did not "blow away" 1st Quarter earnings like the Street is
accustomed to.

When the price got down to their liking guess what happened? Here
comes the upgrades and favorable comments and the price goes up.

Market manipulation I call it. I'm used to it. I don't like it one
damn bit, but I simply have to live with it.

Am I happy with my investment in Dell? You damn right I am. If I
wasn't i'd move on to another stock.

One thing I want MSD to do is pay attention to running Dell, and not
running down to the local TV Station every half hour to get on CNBS
to tell everyone that "business at Dell is fine and there's no need
to be concerned."

One final thought. I don't worry about Dell one bit. If I was
invested in CPQ I would be worried a whole lot.

Hell, I guess you can call be complacent.....J.D.
