It's a lot better deal than Micron's. And for those who are paying $19.95 for an ISP, they get a lot of PC for $20/mo. Best all around deal I've seen so far from the "free" PC contingent. PIII/450, 17" monitor, stereo with woofer, loaded PC with color printer, etc.
BTW, what do you pay for Prodigy? I was under the impression it can be had for $9.95/mo. If true, the $400 "free PC" at $19.95/mo isn't as good a deal, in my opinion. Look at the difference in features.
Out of curiosity, what do you think the terrain will look like a year from now? For example, what does all this mean to Dell?
