Saju, most everything as we know it now will be gone or dramatically changed in five years, at least from a tech point of view. What do you mean that the internet will be gone? We certainly will be more connected via electronic communications five years from now than we are now. What bothers me is an article in today's paper that says the internet, and access to information, is becoming an increasingly greater tool of the WASPS (by the way, I am one). What concerns me, is that a tool so accessible to the masses is not being used by them. It seems to be further dividing the haves from the have nots, and as such, deepening a growing social problem in our country.

Anyway, enough of social philosophy. Since this thread is so quiet on IBM's earnings and the stock price this quarter, I wandered over to the YAHOO! thread to see what was going on. My thinking is much in line with the following post:

messages.yahoo.com

I got out of IBM a few days ago at 127, big mistake. Will try to get back in on Monday. Comments?
