Strong volume on a breakout to new highs; that confirms the momentum I spoke about. A couple of acceptable wave counts are visible; the $0.20 level still appears to be the minimum short-term target, but if this volume continues, it suggests an extended 3rd wave and a much higher initial target. Either way, we're off to the races, IMHO.
