Actually, NVLS has had two triple-top breakouts recently.

The first resistance broken was the late Apr. - late May short-term
double-top @ 59ish.

Most recent surge was through the early Mar. - early Apr. double-top highs @ 64ish...depending, of course, on how one defines breakout.
